Salmon Chowder Soup
📝Ingredients (10 items):
• 12 oz Salmon, skinless fillets
• 2 tbsp Dill, fresh
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 3 Golden potatoes, medium
• 1 Onion, medium
• 3 cups Chicken stock
• 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2/3 cup Heavy cream
**Instructions:
1. Sauté Aromatics: In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Cook chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
2. Thicken: Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add Stock & Potatoes: Pour in chicken stock and add diced potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
4. Cook Salmon: Add salmon fillets and cook until flaky, about 5 minutes.
5. Finish with Cream & Dill: Stir in heavy cream and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve: Enjoy warm, garnished with extra dill if desired!
