Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Seal and shake well to mix.
Add warm water and vegetable oil to the bag. Seal and squish the bag with your hands until well combined.
Add the remaining 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup at a time, kneading in the bag after each addition.
Once the dough comes together and is no longer sticky, remove it from the bag and knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
