Cotton Candy Cake Recipe 🎂🍭💖
✨ Ingredients:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 🌾
2 ½ tsp baking powder 🥄
½ tsp salt 🧂
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
2 cups sugar 🍚
4 large eggs 🥚
1 tbsp vanilla extract 🌿
1 cup milk 🥛
½ cup cotton candy-flavored syrup 🍬
Pink & blue food coloring 🎨
✨ Frosting:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
4 cups powdered sugar 🍚
3 tbsp heavy cream 🥛
½ tsp cotton candy extract 🍭

✨ Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease & flour cake pans. 🍰
2️⃣ Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. 🌿
3️⃣ In another bowl, beat butter & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. 🥄
4️⃣ Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, mixing well. Stir in cotton candy syrup. 🍬
5️⃣ Divide batter into two bowls, tint one pink and one blue. Swirl together in pans. 🎨
6️⃣ Bake for 30–35 min. Cool completely. ❄️
7️⃣ Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost cake & decorate with cotton candy! 🎂✨
