One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti works well)
2 cups water (or as needed to cook pasta)
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
Add butter to the beef and stir until melted.
Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the uncooked pasta to the pot, followed by the beef broth and enough water to just cover the pasta.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked al dente (about 10–12 minutes). Add more water if needed during cooking.
Once the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
Continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thickened and creamy.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
