Simple Banana Pudding Pound Cake 🍌💛
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup sour cream
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease the bundt pan.
Beat together butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, then mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add to the batter, alternating with sour cream.
Pour into the pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
