One of my all time FAVORITE simple yet AMAZING meals my mom made us growing up!!!! There's not really a name for it we just call it Noodles & Cottage Cheese. If you've never had it don't knock it until you try it lol The easiest thing to describe to you how it tastes would be like Pierogis. Soooooo easy, cheap & YUMMMMMMY😋
*1 box of cooked bow tie noodles
2 chopped onions sauteed in 2 sticks of butter
1 24 oz container of Cottage Cheese (small curd).
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste.
Mix everything together and there ya have it*
