Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, then drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over it. Swirl slightly with a knife.
Add the remaining batter on top and drizzle the rest of the hot fudge. Swirl again for a marbled effect.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool slightly before drizzling with extra hot fudge. Slice and enjoy!
