π Ingredients:
500g ground beef π₯©
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced π₯
1 onion, finely chopped π§
1 can diced tomatoes (400g) π
1 can kidney beans, drained (240g) π«
150g shredded cheddar cheese π§
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add onions and garlic and sautΓ© until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile, boil the diced potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until just tender. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture and cooked potatoes, mix gently, and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
