Gnocchi alla Romana (Roman-Style Semolina Gnocchi) 🇮🇹 🧀
Ingredients:
• 2 cups semolina flour (300g)
• 4 cups milk (1L)
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (50g)
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp butter (30g)
• Salt and nutmeg to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat milk in a saucepan and gradually whisk in semolina until thick.
2. Remove from heat, stir in butter, egg yolks, salt, nutmeg, and half the Parmesan.
3. Spread mixture onto a tray, let cool, then cut into circles.
4. Layer in a buttered dish, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden. Enjoy!
