Homemade Chocolate Gelato Recipe 🇮🇹🍫🍦
Ingredients:
• 2 cups whole milk (480ml)
• 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
• 3/4 cup sugar (150g)
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 oz dark chocolate, melted (115g)

Instructions:
Heat milk, cream, sugar, and cocoa in a pan until warm.
Whisk egg yolks, then slowly add to the mixture while stirring.
Cook on low heat until thickened.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla, then mix well.
Chill in the fridge, then churn in an ice cream maker.
Freeze for 2 hours and serve!
