Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Caesar Dip
Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Brussels sprouts: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Roast: Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender-crisp and browned.
Toss with dressing: Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
Tips:
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Brussels sprouts before roasting.
You can use store-bought Caesar dressing or make your own.
Top with shaved Parmesan cheese for extra flavor and richness.
