Garlic Butter Grilled Lobster
Ingredients:
• 2 whole lobsters (or 4 lobster tails)
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
1. Prep the Lobster:
• If using whole lobster, split them in half lengthwise and remove the vein and stomach.
• If using tails, split them open to expose the meat.
2. Make Garlic Butter:
• Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
3. Brush and Marinate:
• Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
• Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes while the grill heats.
4. Grill:
• Preheat grill to medium-high.
• Place lobsters meat-side down on the grill for 4–5 minutes.
• Flip and brush more garlic butter. Cook another 4–5 minutes until meat is opaque and lightly charred.
5. Serve:
• Sprinkle with parsley, drizzle with remaining butter, and serve with lemon wedges.
