🛒 Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 chicken breasts 🍗

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1/2 tsp paprika 🌶️

Salt & black pepper 🧂

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter 🧈

3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

250ml heavy cream 🥛

120g Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

For the Pasta & Veggies:

300g fettuccine 🍝

200g broccoli florets 🥦

Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Cook pasta in salted water, adding broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside. Season chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, then grill or pan-sear for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice into strips. For the sauce, melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic, then pour in cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy, seasoning with salt and pepper. Toss pasta and broccoli in the sauce, serve topped with sliced chicken, and finish with parsley.
