Thin, soft, chocolate-flavored French-style pancakes that can be filled with anything from fruit to cream — or more chocolate!

📝 Ingredients (Makes about 8–10 crepes)
• 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) milk
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: extra butter or oil for the pan

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Batter:
1 In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
2 In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, water, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3 Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
4 Let the batter rest for at least 20–30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge) for best results.
2. Cook the Crêpes:
1 Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
2 Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Swirl to evenly coat the bottom.
3 Cook for about 1–2 minutes, until the edges look dry and the bottom is set.
4 Flip gently and cook another 30 seconds.
5 Transfer to a plate and repeat with the rest of the batter.
