Italian Stromboli
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced salami
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough.
4. Layer pepperoni, salami, mozzarella, Parmesan, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
5. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on top.
6. Roll up the dough jelly-roll style and seal the edges.
7. Brush the Stromboli with beaten egg.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
