Classic Lazy Girl’s No-Crust Potato & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a pie dish or baking dish with butter.
Layer thin slices of potato at the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Sprinkle half the cheese over the potatoes.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and set.
Cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm or cold!
