I’m new to all of this like two weeks into it, but I’ve lost 9 lbs. The one thing I was struggling with was breakfast/lunch ideas. I’m not much of a “sit and eat a meal” type person. I’d rather “munch”. This has been a game changer for me. I call it my “graze” box, because well that is what it is. I will munch on this throughout the day. I’m not starving when I get home, so I have time to prepare dinner without that urge to grab a bag of chips or whatever.

1). Smoked Turkey breast
2). Pickles
3.) Pepperoni (crisped in the microwave because it removes a lot of the oil and it becomes crunchy)
4.) pistachios (or any nuts)
5) cheeses
6) cheese crisps (again removes some of the oil and gives you some crunch).
Container came from Walmart in the fishing section! It has dividers so you can customize it
