🥟 Tortellini in Brodo
A classic dish from Emilia-Romagna, where delicate meat-filled pasta is served in warm, rich broth. Comforting and elegant.
Ingredients
• 2 cups tortellini (fresh, meat or cheese filled)
• 6 cups chicken or beef broth
• Grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Heat the broth in a large pot until simmering.
2️⃣ Add the tortellini and cook 5–7 minutes until they float.
3️⃣ Season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Serve hot with Parmesan sprinkled on top.
