A traditional Alsatian stew with marinated meats, potatoes, and vegetables slow-cooked to perfection 🍲🍷.

Ingredients:
• 500 g beef
• 500 g lamb
• 500 g pork
• 1 kg potatoes, sliced
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 2 onions, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves
• 500 ml dry white wine
• 1 bouquet garni
• 2 tbsp duck fat
Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate meats overnight in white wine, garlic, and herbs.
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
3️⃣ Layer potatoes, meat, carrots, and onions in a casserole dish.
4️⃣ Add bouquet garni, duck fat, and leftover marinade.
5️⃣ Seal with a lid or dough strip and bake for 3 hours.
6️⃣ Serve steaming hot with crusty bread 🥖🍷.
