🍖 Honey BBQ Glazed Ribs 😋🔥
Ingredients:
For the Ribs:
1 rack of pork ribs (about 1 kg)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
For the BBQ Glaze:
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ribs:
Remove the silver membrane from the back of the ribs.
Rub olive oil over the ribs, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Slow Bake:
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Place ribs on a baking tray lined with foil, cover tightly, and bake for 2 hours until tender.
3. Make the Glaze:
In a saucepan, mix BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes.
Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Glaze & Broil:
Brush ribs generously with the glaze.
Broil or grill for 5–7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
5. Serve:
Brush with more glaze and garnish with rosemary or parsley.
