Reuben Crescent Bake

Ingredients:

1 package (8 oz) crescent rolls
1 lb corned beef, sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it in the bottom of the baking dish, pinching the seams together.
Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough, followed by a layer of Dijon mustard.
Top with slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese.
Roll out the remaining crescent dough and place it over the filling, sealing the edges.
Sprinkle caraway seeds over the top if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
