🌿🌮 Copycat Vegan Crunchwrap: Taco Bell Supreme (Veganized)! 🌿🌮🎉

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb plant-based ground meat or lentils (450g)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (15 oz) can vegan refried beans (425g)
- 1/2 cup vegan nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- Vegan sour cream
- 4 large burrito-size tortillas
- 4 tostada shells
- Vegan cheese sauce or shredded vegan cheese (optional, for sealing)
- Vegetable oil, for cooking

Directions:

1. Prepare "Meat" Filling: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add plant-based ground meat or cooked lentils and taco seasoning. Cook according to taco seasoning packet directions, usually adding about 1/2 cup water and simmering until liquid is absorbed.
2. Warm Refried Beans and Nacho Cheese: Heat vegan refried beans and vegan nacho cheese sauce separately according to package directions or in the microwave until warm.
3. Assemble Crunchwraps: Lay out burrito-size tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of warm refried beans in the center of each tortilla. Top with a tostada shell. Spread a layer of warm vegan nacho cheese sauce over the tostada shell. Add a portion of the seasoned "meat" filling over the cheese sauce. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of vegan sour cream.
4. Fold Crunchwrap: Fold in the sides of the burrito tortilla over the filling, pleating as you go, to create a hexagon shape around the tostada shell. Secure the folds in the center. If desired, use a little vegan cheese sauce or shredded vegan cheese to help seal the folds.
5. Cook Crunchwraps: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of vegetable oil. Place crunchwraps seam-side down in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. You may need to gently press down on the crunchwraps with a spatula while cooking to ensure even browning.
6. Serve: Serve vegan crunchwrap supreme hot immediately.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 55 minutes | Calories per Serving: Approximately 650-750 (depending on plant-based meat, cheese, and toppings) | Number of Servings: 4 crunchwraps
