Turkey Cranberry Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 slices bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or your preferred choice)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
4 ounces cooked turkey breast, sliced
1/4 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Directions:
Begin by preheating a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place two slices of bread, butter side down, on the skillet or griddle.
Top each slice of bread with slices of Brie cheese.
Divide the sliced turkey breast evenly between the two slices of bread on the skillet.
Spoon cranberry sauce over the turkey slices.
Place the remaining slices of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Carefully flip the sandwiches over and cook until the other side is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is completely melted.
Remove from the skillet or griddle and let cool slightly before serving.
Slice the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve warm.
