Tomato, Basil & Creme Fraiche Bruschetta
**Ingredients (10):
- 3/4 lb cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 small handful fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
- 2 scallions (sliced)
- 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche
- 4 large slices crusty bread (fresh)
- Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
- Kosher salt (to taste)
**Instructions: (Servings: 4)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toast the bread slices until crispy and golden.
2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, chives, scallions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread crème fraîche evenly on the toasted bread.
4. Top each slice with the tomato mixture.
