Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and then let it cool completely.
2οΈβ£ Prepare Each Mousse Layer (Dark, Milk, White):
For each mousse layer, melt the chopped chocolate (dark, milk, or white) with butter and water using a double boiler method. Once melted, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy. Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture and the whipped cream until fully combined.

Spread the first mousse layer (dark chocolate) evenly over the cooled crust in the springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes to set.
