Deviled Egg Pasta Salad ππ₯
Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni (or similar pasta), cooked and cooled
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Β½ cup mayo
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
ΒΌ cup red onion, diced
Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Add pasta, eggs, and onions. Gently mix until coated.
3. Chill at least 1 hour. Top with extra egg slices and parsley before serving.
