Golden tofu, sticky sweet garlic sauce — the best combo ever!

Ingredients:

14 oz firm tofu

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds

Method:

Cut tofu into cubes and fry until golden brown.

Mix sauce ingredients and simmer with tofu.

Let it cook until sticky and shiny.

Top with green onions and sesame seeds!
