1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip or freshly whipped cream)
For the Lemon Layer:
1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
1Β½ cups cold milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for extra zing)

Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
