CHEESECAKE BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
For the Brownie Layer
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
For the Cheesecake Layer
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
½ tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the Brownie Batter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
Pour ¾ of the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
Gently spread the cheesecake layer over the brownie base.
3. Add Final Layer
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
4. Bake
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is just set.
Cool completely before slicing for clean edges.
