Easy Filling Cheap Chicken Pot Pie.
Store brand roll out pie crust
Diced chicken breast, cooked (or deboned rotisserie)
2 cans cream of chicken soup, warmed on the stove with a little water for thinning. Add to that - the chicken and 1 can each of - carrots, peas and diced potatoes. Season with onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour into a pie pan containing the bottom crust and top with the other crust. Pinch sides together and cut a few holes for venting.
Bake according to pie crust box directions.
One for dinner and one to freeze!
