5 Cheese Crack and Cheese
Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the elbow macaroni just as the package tells you to, then drain well.
3. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the cream cheese and milk, whisking until it’s silky smooth.
4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked macaroni, giving everything a nice stir so it’s all coated.
5. Now for the good part—stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, and parmesan until it’s all lovely and melty.
6. Spoon the cheesy mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
7. Pop the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it’s golden and bubbling on top.
8. Let it cool for just a few minutes, then serve it up hot and enjoy every cheesy bite!
