Polenta with Mushrooms 🇮🇹 🍄 ✨
Ingredients:
• 1 cup polenta (cornmeal)
• 4 cups water (or broth)
• 2 tbsp butter (30g)
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh thyme (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Bring water to a boil, add polenta, and stir continuously until thickened.
2. Stir in butter, season with salt, and keep warm.
3. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add mushrooms, and cook until golden.
4. Serve mushrooms over polenta, garnish with thyme, and enjoy!
