A luxurious French dessert with delicate layers of almond sponge, coffee buttercream, and chocolate ganache! ❤️✨
Ingredients:
1 cup (120g) almond flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup (60g) sugar
1/4 cup (30g) flour
1/2 cup (120ml) coffee syrup
1/2 cup (120g) buttercream
1/2 cup (120g) dark chocolate ganache
Instructions:
Whisk eggs and sugar, then fold in almond flour and flour.
Bake in a thin layer at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
Brush layers with coffee syrup and spread buttercream between them.
Top with chocolate ganache and chill before serving.
