Savor this Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Pasta Tonight?
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin or filet mignon, cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter

8 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)
Directions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, and toss the steak to coat. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Drizzle with lemon juice and set aside.
4. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in reserved pasta water and let simmer for 2 minutes until creamy.
5. Assemble & Serve: Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic butter sauce. Plate the pasta and top with steak bites and shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
