Cake with two loves stuffing 🍰
Ingredients:
For the cake:
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of yeast powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
For the filling two loves (chocolate and condensed milk):
1 can of condensed milk
200g of dark or milk chocolate
1/2 box of sour cream (100g)
Preparation mode:
1. Cake:
Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
In the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until it forms a light, cute cream.
Add milk and oil, and mix.
Add the flour slowly, beating until an organic mass.
Finally, add the yeast and vanilla essence, mix delicately.
Put the dough into a greased and floured pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean.
2. Stuffing two loves:
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, a mess every 30 seconds.
In a pan, bring the condensed milk to low heat, messing up until it begins to unglued from the bottom of the pan (about 10 minutes).
Add the cream and melted chocolate to condensed milk, mix until creamy and homogeneous.
3. Assembly:
Cut the cake in half to search.
Put the stuffing two loves in the middle of the cake and on top, spreading well.
If you wish, garnish with more chocolate or chocolate shavings over the cake.
