For the pasta:
300 g fettuccine pasta 🍝
Salt for boiling water
For the seafood:
250 g raw shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
2 salmon fillets, cut into chunks 🐟
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving) 🍋
For the garlic cream sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
200 ml heavy cream
50 g grated parmesan cheese 🧀
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Black pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions:
Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, season the shrimp and salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear the salmon chunks until golden and set aside, then cook the shrimp until pink and set aside as well. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, pour in cream and simmer. Stir in parmesan until melted and smooth. Add cooked pasta into the sauce, mix well, then top with shrimp and salmon. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
