- 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks

- 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter

- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Add butter and garlic, basting the steak for 1-2 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
3. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side. Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley.
4. Plate the sliced steak alongside the shrimp and asparagus. Drizzle with extra garlic butter sauce and garnish with parsley.
