Ingredients:
1 lb ribeye steak 🍖
2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each) 🦞
3 tbsp butter 🧈
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp paprika 🌶️
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1/2 tsp black pepper 🌑
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
1/4 cup lemon butter sauce (store-bought or homemade) 🍋
Instructions:
Prep the Steak & Lobster: Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. Split lobster tails lengthwise and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. 😊
Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and rest. 🍳
