Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpea flour (120g)
- 1 cup water (240ml)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, baking powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
3. Gradually whisk in water and olive oil until the batter is smooth.
4. Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
