Cabbage Roll Skillet

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small head of cabbage, cored and chopped
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage begins to wilt.
Stir in diced tomatoes, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the skillet. Cover and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
