🇫🇷 Pâté de Campagne (French Country Pâté) 🥖✨
A rustic and rich spread made with pork, liver, and aromatic spices! Perfect on crusty baguette slices! 🇫🇷❤️
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1/2 pound chicken liver, minced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon cognac or brandy
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix pork, liver, onion, garlic, cognac, cream, salt, pepper, and thyme.
3️⃣ Pack mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
4️⃣ Cool completely before slicing.
