📋 Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's French onion soup
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
📝 Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
2. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
3. Pour the French onion soup over the patties, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Serve warm with your choice of side.
