One-Pot Creamy Beef & Garlic Butter Pasta 🍝🧄

Ingredients
For the Pasta:
8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
For the Beef & Sauce:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan
For Garnish:
Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
1 Brown the Beef
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
2 Sauté the Aromatics
Stir in chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3 Season & Simmer
Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Pour in beef broth, scraping up any browned bits.
Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4 Cook the Pasta
Add pasta, making sure it’s fully submerged.
Cover and cook on low for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5 Finish with Parmesan
Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
6 Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh parsley and serve warm—perfect with garlic bread or a side salad!
