Bourbon Brûlée Pumpkin Pie 🍂

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pie crust
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
¾ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp apple juice (substitute for bourbon)
¼ cup granulated sugar (for brûlée topping)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and apple juice.
Pour the filling into the pie crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Let the pie cool completely.
Before serving, sprinkle granulated sugar evenly over the top of the pie.
Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until golden and crisp, forming the brûlée topping.
Notes:

You can also brûlée the sugar under the broiler for a similar effect.
Add a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence!
