Chaffels are made with a mini waffle maker
I use 1 egg, 1 coco powder 2tbs almond flour a hint of vanilla and a little stevia sweetener
This makes the cookie
Then Heavy whipping cream ans stevia whipped
Make it into a sandwich and freeze about 10 min
Honestly so simple and a great treat
