Pizza Pot Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Roll out the pizza dough and press it into a greased pie dish.
3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
4. Layer with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, onions, and Parmesan cheese.
5. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
6. Cover with another layer of pizza dough and seal the edges.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
