Garlic Butter Baked Scallops
📋 Ingredients
• 1 pound large scallops, thawed if frozen
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
🍽️ Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange scallops in a baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the scallops.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until scallops are cooked through and opaque.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
