Crispy Ranch Chicken Tenders 🍗🥳
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs chicken tenders 🍗
1 cup buttermilk 🥛
1 cup panko breadcrumbs 🍞
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 packet ranch seasoning mix 🌿
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 🧅
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 🌶️
1/2 teaspoon black pepper 🧂
Directions:
1. First things first, preheat that oven to 400°F (200°C). Get it nice and toasty!
2. Grab a bowl and soak those chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes. Let them marinate and soak up all that creamy goodness.
3. In another bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. This mixture is going to take your tenders to the next level!
4. Once the chicken has soaked, take each piece out of the buttermilk and dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to make sure it sticks. We want that crunch!
5. Place your beautifully coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Keep them spaced out for even cooking!
