🧀🔥 Mont d’Or au Four
This famous French cheese is baked in its wooden box until molten and creamy. Perfect for dipping bread, potatoes, or charcuterie 🥖🧀✨.
Ingredients:
• 1 Mont d’Or cheese (in its box)
• 1 clove garlic, sliced
• 50 ml white wine
• Fresh bread, potatoes, or charcuterie for serving
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Make small cuts in cheese, insert garlic slices.
3️⃣ Pour wine over the top.
4️⃣ Place box on baking tray and bake 20–25 min until bubbling.
5️⃣ Serve hot, dipping bread or potatoes into the melted cheese. 🥖🍷
