Sweet and Sour Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients;
For the Meatballs:
500g (1 lb) ground beef or pork (or a mix of both)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon milk (optional, for extra tenderness)
2 tablespoons oil (for frying)
For the Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
1/2 cup pineapple juice (or water)
1/2 cup diced pineapple (optional, but recommended)
1 small red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 small green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 small onion, cut into chunks
